COSBURN PARK LAWN BOWLING CLUB
Annual General Meeting and Proposed By-Law No. 1
Over the fall and winter, the Board drafted a new By-Law to replace our current Constitution when we proceed with incorporation of the club. This By-law is intended to define the governance structure and framework for the new corporation.
A motion to approve the By-Law will be presented at the Spring Annual Meeting on Saturday, April 22, 2023, at 1:00 pm at the clubhouse. We encourage all members to read the proposed changes, available below, and to attend the meeting.

Drop-in sessions
The board is hosting two drop-in information sessions when you can stop by the club to ask questions and pick up printed copies of these documents if you prefer to read them in printed form.
Monday April 10th, 1pm to 3 pm
Tuesday April 18th from 5 to 6:30 pm.
