How to Tag & Colour Events for the Calendar
To ensure events appear correctly on the Cosburn Calendar, please follow these steps when adding a new event.
1. Use the official calendar tags
Apply one or more of the following tags exactly as written. These tags control how filters show events. You may add additional tags, but at least one of the tags below must be included.
- Jitneys – Daily or holiday jitneys
- Special Events – Holiday jitneys, in-club tournaments and other unusual events
- New Bowlers – Monday evening jitneys, special clinics
- Tournaments – In-club or OLBA tournaments (OLBA tournaments should also be tagged “OLBA Tournaments” to put them on the Tournament page)
- Cards & Games – Cards nights
- Rainbowlers – Rainbowlers jitneys & events
2. Assign the matching colour
Choose the event colour (from Amelia’s preset colours) that corresponds to the tag above. This keeps the calendar consistent and easy to read.

3. Quick Rules
- Use at least one of the six official tags.
- You may add additional tags if needed.
- Match the event colour to the tag.
- Events with multiple tags will show in each relevant filter.
