Founded by Mark and Marnie Lynn—whose family roots run deep in Acadian seafood tradition—the company began as a catering operation specializing in fresh Atlantic lobster before expanding into artisan shows across Ontario. Their star products, the beloved Lobster and Crab Mousse, earned them a loyal following from the One of a Kind Show in Toronto to festivals from Ottawa to the CNE.
