Tournament policies
For most tournaments, we can accept a maximum of 28 teams. Fourteen of those spots are reserved for Cosburn teams. To qualify for a reserved Cosburn team spot, all players must be Cosburn members.
Yes, if you enjoy our tournaments, it’s easier to enter if you’re a Cosburn member.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the tournament start time to check in. Once all of your team members have arrived, you can check in.
If you need to cancel your entry, please email as soon as possible to allow time for us to invite a team from the waiting list.
If circumstances force us to reduce the number of teams at a tournament, we cancel registrations based on the date of entry. The last team to enter will be the first to be cancelled. We will contact teams using the email and phone number on the registration. Cancelled teams will be added to the top of the waiting list.
No-shows and late cancellations are very disruptive. If you don’t show up for a tournament you’ve entered, or you cancel less than 24 hours before the tournament starts, you may be disqualified—at the sole discretion of the Tournaments Chair—from future Cosburn tournaments.
Unless otherwise noted, lunch is not provided at tournaments.
