Tournament policies 

For most tournaments, we can accept a maximum of 28 teams. Fourteen of those spots are reserved for Cosburn teams. To qualify for a reserved Cosburn team spot, all players must be Cosburn members. Yes, if you enjoy our tournaments, it’s easier to enter if you’re a Cosburn member.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the tournament start time to check in. Once all of your team members have arrived, you can check in.

If you need to cancel your entry, please call or email our Tournaments Chair as soon as possible to allow time for us to invite a team from the waiting list.

No-shows and late cancellations are very disruptive. If you don’t show up for a tournament you’ve entered, or you cancel less than 24 hours before the tournament starts, you may be disqualified, at the sole discretion of the Tournaments Chair, from future Cosburn tournaments.

Unless otherwise noted, lunch is not provided at tournaments.
